Promotional Offer Details:
• Promotion Dates: February 5th - May 5th, 2024.
• Who can participate: All new and existing Best Western Rewards® (BWR) members who register for the
promotion prior to their first eligible night.
• Requirements: Complete two (2) nights separately or consecutively at any Best Western branded hotel
in the United States, Canada, or the Caribbean Islands. The nights may be completed at more than one
eligible property.
• Limit: One (1) Free Night Award per eligible rewards member.
• Delivery: The Free Night Award will be sent electronically to the rewards member’s email address
listed on their profile regardless of whether the rewards member has opted out of Best Western
communications. The Free Night Award will arrive approximately two weeks after completing the
required eligible nights.
• Exceptions: Stays booked through an online travel agency (OTA), tour operator, or booked at a special
discounted rate are not eligible for this promotion. FX rates are not eligible for this promotion.
• Redemption: The Best Western Gift Card may be used at any Best Western branded hotel in the United
States, Canada, or the Caribbean Islands. WorldHotels properties are unable to accept or redeem Best
Western Gift Cards.
